Attorney General' Ready Called Police

Responding to reports Yusril Ihza Mahendra on suspicion of acts that are not pleasant, Jampidsus HM Amari, Director of Investigation Jampidsus Arminsyah, and Kapuspenkum Didiek Darmanto confessed ready to fulfill the call of RI State Police.
If called, of course we are here as a rule of law.

"We'll see what is being done by the Police. If called, of course we are here as a rule of law," said Arminsyah the Attorney General, Jakarta, Thursday (07/15/2010).

AGO trio were reported to the Police by former Menkum and Human Rights Yusril Ihza Mahendra because Yusril obstructing exit from the Office of the Attorney General by locking all doors.

According Arminsyah, door locking action was delegated to the investigator according to the law. "However, it should also generally known that the investigator in an effort to do that there is something that should be confirmed when he was going home. And there is one thing that must be followed up. According to Article 7 paragraph 1 letter c of the Criminal Procedure Code, the law authorizes investigators to dismiss the suspect, "he said.
